The following chart demonstrates the frequency, quantity, and variety of ammunition the Department of Homeland Security has awarded to a variety of providers since Mr. Obama took office in January 2009. Solicitation and award notifications are available upon request.
This information was taken from FBO.GOV, the website where businesses can find government contracts to keep their workers employed, fed, and in their own homes. Prepper Podcast Radio Network, and its subsidiaries applaud every employer still able to keep their doors open, and are appreciative of the hard work that the companies listed below do to keep the economic engine of America running.
As you can see by the chart, no weapon or caliber is forgotten. From the mundane to the exotic ammunition, the Department of Homeland Security has purchased them by the thousands.
Those entries that are highlighted RED are strictly training rounds and would not be used in an offensive manner. The DHS only employs approximately 20,000 people worldwide, therefore the training ammunition is very appropriate for the number of employees. What is not appropriate is the large number of ammunition, offensive in nature, that is purchased annually.
If a civil war is set to brew, then they are armed to the teeth and like a rabid animal, without a moral compass to keep them in check.
Pay attention to the GREEN highlighted object. This is for 1000 magazines for the .40 caliber sub-machine gun.

Department of Homeland Security solicited sources for the .40 caliber sub-machine guns in September of 2008:
The government intends to acquire on a sole source basis a quantity of 85 submachine guns from Heckler and Koch Defense, INC model Heckler and Koch UMP .40 caliber with Unique Identification Data (UID) and Radio Frequency identification (RFID). This acquisition is intended to supplement the governments existing substantial inventory of this weapon. Compatibility with existing stock is essential.In April of this year, the DHS awarded Heckler and Koch another $143,500 for 100 more UMP machine guns, and another 300 magazines.
The weapon weighs 4.6 pounds and can empty its 30 rounds in only 3 seconds. Now we know why Janet Napolitano needs 650,000,000 rounds of .40 caliber S&W ammunition. Machine guns are offensive weapons; and in the hands of a tyrannical government will be used to subdue masses of people who wish to revoke their consent to be governed by a pompous, narcissistic, conceited, egotistic, and vain man with delusions of grandeur and one hell of a god-complex – Mr. Barack Hussein Obama Jr.
With ammunition like this, the only sticking point would be people of conscious simply doing the right thing and saying, “No.”
But with today’s Godless society and homes ripped apart by drugs and alcohol and reality TV, I’m not hopeful of that taking place.

When this creature got elected I knew he would not leave office willingly, as sated at the end of the article, all we have left is what side of history do the enforcers want to be on.
To the author: regarding your description of obama, if what you describe comes true but under a different administration, would that make everything acceptable? Any person who is POTUS will fit the description you provided. Let's not be disingenuous and pinpoint one man as the potential perpetrator of what you imply. Romney, Palin, or Clinton would be just as evil, if not more so.
"When all else fails, just shoot'em."
That appears to be the motto the establishment is going to take. If they can't convince the masses to play along anymore they'll just unleash their armed to the teeth "hounds of hell" on us and call it a day.
Simple solution for the savagely simple minded.
The only thing these people have ever been good at is manipulation, when that fails, all the faux "sophistication" goes out the window, and all that is left is a brutal, savage, beast that needs to be either putdown or contained.
To anon 9:36, Obama is mentioned because this is on his watch. Indefinite detention without trial for US citizens is on his watch and at his insistence. He appointed Monsanto as food czar and Brennan as drone czar. We'll see exactly who is evil soon.
The most disturbing part of this inventory roster is the purchase of .50 caliber BMG (machine gun) rounds. I had a Marine Corps buddy who used that weapon, the Barrett M82A1. (See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barrett_M82) in Iraq and Afghanistan as part of a covert CIA operation called "Jawbreaker". There's a book out there about it. He told me that his training made it clear that use of this weapon on "soft targets" (read human beings) was in violation of the Geneva Convention. But when push came to shove, they did this anyway. It's where the phrase "pink mist" came from to describe what happens to a human body when hit by a .50 cal sniper round. So why does DHS need this? To stop a speeding Toyota? I don't think so. This should raise a grave concern in the hearts of every American.
Well, only one last thing that you have to do in the US!

Why do you think they went after Holder for Fast/Furious? To stop him from further investigations into the NRA! BTW.....George Bush and Cheney were indicted and convicted of War Crimes and are wanted outside of the USA. He can't go to Switzerland, Iceland, even England is debating whether to incarcerate him should he enter their country.
I find it quite interesting how the minds of the people are so firmly set in their points of view regardless of fact--blatent fact. Both sides continue this ridiculous battle when in fact We The People have been duped into this left vs. right scenario. It is purely entertainment! Don't you get it yet? Our government is a joke! We don't have any rights any more. Vote, what vote? What have we got to chose from when both candidates are controlled by the same oligarchy. Our days are numbered. Best stop arguing with each other and get prepared.
State excesses do make it appear we are helpless but this does not account for the fact we are still in a functioning society. For Joe Citizen to have a go at even one cop might be suicidal for him, but when society is no longer functioning (war, economic collapse,) the dynamics change and then we must make sure it becomes suicidal for the cop.
Not only is such a reversal of fortune possible it is desirable, and the advantage they have now we must take for our own when the SHTF.

Mick... well said. People never take the initiative to ward off evil and only few fight it when it is in place. Unfortunately, however, modern history has shown us that the Freedom Fighter is an outgunned, outmanned, ideal that will never win as long as the US supplies their enemies with guns and money. So when the US is your enemy, what hope do you have as a citizen? I will never give up the fight, but hey. I'm cool with being a martyr. The more blood on their hands the better.
There is this Iron beast in the bible too, exceedingly strong, who goes around stomping on the residue of freedom loving honest people, looks like his guns will all be loaded.He will die like everybody else, he is powerless against his own eventual death a comforting thought.
