The Idea Of Resistance Against The State

Activist Post

Throughout the course of history people have fought against tyranny and authority of various forms only to be thrown back into subjugation when someone else came along to claim what we call “power”. There have been countless battles to overthrow these established powers, but none of them resulting in freedom for humanity in the long term, because all of these struggles were playing out on the wrong battlefield.

All this time the oppressed thought that they were fighting against people, when they really should have been fighting against ideas.

Sure it is true that our ancestors and even everyone alive now are enslaved by some really nasty people, but even if all of those people were to disappear, the ideas that allowed them to commit their crimes without consequence would still remain, leaving the door open for future authoritarians to repeat the process.

Sadly this concept is still not understood by many, who have the understandable but misguided tendency to think that violence is going to solve any of their problems.

The whole reason why people have always rejected authority is because of the widespread use of violence that it leads to, and the violence that is inflicted upon those within its grasp. With that being the case it should be safe to assume that violence should not be used to solve the problem of violence.

For far too long our species has used violence as a tool. Violence has been at the very basis of social organization and problem solving for the better part of history. This is most likely why people are so quick to resort to violence in any conflict, and this is also one of the reasons why so many fail to see the violence that is forced into their everyday life by the various state institutions and mercantilist corporations that they come in contact with.

One of Albert Einstein’s most famous quotes is: “Problems cannot be solved by the same level of thinking that created them.” This quote definetly applies to the situation we are discussing today and sheds some light onto why the violent revolutions of the past were never able to achieve their goal of setting the human race free from authority.

Throughout our lives we have been fed lie after lie by the establishment, and unfortunately even when someone discovers the violent nature of that establishment they are still met with the task of sifting through everything they have ever been told to see what was a lie and what was not. When that backtracking doesn’t take place it is common for people to get caught up in the vengeful mentality that comes along with learning about one’s own enslavement. When lies about “human nature” or the capabilities of our species are still not recognized and addressed then it is very hard for people to wrap their minds around nonviolent solutions to today’s problems that lie completely outside the realm of politics.

The state and all of its predatory appendages like the corporate and military industrial complexes, are not groups of people with weapons who need to be overthrown, they are just bad ideas that can very easily be rendered obsolete with the right combination of good ideas. The only battlefield that the revolution can be won on is in the mind. To destroy the problems that were created with violence the most effective weapons are good ideas and nonviolent solutions, not violence and politics.

I think the best way to fight back is to simply not cooperate. Don't feed the system. Boycott all you can. Do as little as possible to support it. I've been doing that all my adult life. Never had a credit card, haven't been in debt since 19 for a student loan I paid off early, I'm not a breeder to give them more cannon fodder or myself a crappy standard of living, only buy used cars, rent the cheapest place in town.

I don't go to toxic fast food places, don't buy the evil animal abusing Proctor and Gambol stuff, use holistics only to heal myself, shop cheap, don't use cosmetics, I'm 50 and don't use any pharmaceuticals, don't get flu shots (never had the flu in my life), don't have a TV, and I could go on for ever. If everyone else is doing it, I don't. My life is better and easier for it.

'love to push the buttons' is correct. I too have attempted to ignore the bad ideas as much as possible.
Unfortunately, I have not taken it to the extent which LTPTB does but I too do not take any prescription drugs, eat the best food I can get which is organic and cook it myself, rarely eat out, always bought used cars, never get flu shots, use only ivory soap on my body, do not use sunscreen living in SoCal.
I can absolutely say that the best times in my life were surrounding the absents of TV. I new TV was an unsurpassed tool for propaganda when working on a Military base observed TV's in an administrative area, where lot's of people were working. Life is better and easier when being aware and ignoring the bad ideas and you can bet that TV is always selling bad ideas.

People with good ideas get killed! Japan was trying to bring cars that run on water into the marketplace... No Nuking way, baby! Look at them now!

JFK, MLK, and many many others.

Odds are violence is the only way... unfortunately.

Sadly, it will likely come to violent confrontation and billions could die. It seems that those in power; banking, corporate, government/regulatory agencies, et al., are hedging against the 99% and betting on themselves - the 1%. I hope they lose!!!

Love To Push Those Buttons, ditto. It's all just lack of education and common sense.

You're ideas are good as a part of solving the problem.

Better still is to make visible all things within our government and military. By that I mean, NOTHING goes on behind closed doors. No privacy for them (that is what they are trying to do to us now) until they leave office.

Found lying to the people - immediate loss of position, no retirement, no healthcare (It is an impeachable offense, ask Clinton).

The military, gov reps who now say the UN is their "Authority" are traitors to the USA, need to be prosecuted. Anyone who follows an order by one of those who say the UN is the "Authority" here in the USA and doesn't arrest and hold them for prosecution are traitors also.

All laws are supposed to be able to be read by the general populace, not written so that you have to have a law degree or the money to keep a lawyer to explain them.

The other thing you forgot to bring up is accountability. Our government is set up to run a certain way. When someone runs for a position in it, they MUST know the way our government works and follow it.
Example: One thing brought up continually the last presidential election was that Obama used to teach about the Constitution. It was implied he would actually follow it, unlike the Bush's and Clinton, etc.

No where did he state that he was going to set up a dictatorship; take away the rights of individuals to own property, businesses, etc.
Nor did he tell everyone that his plans include moving all people into small selected locations to live, leaving the rest of the American land for the UN to decide the use of.

Nor did he say he was going to let the UN decide what type of education our children can have, if any, and what jobs they will be used for.

Look up Fascism. It's what the Nazi's were doing in Germany. It's what Obama is trying to bring here.

“Uncontrolled search and seizure is one of the first and most effective weapons in the arsenal of every arbitrary government. Among deprivations of rights, none is so effective in cowing a population, crushing the spirit of the individual and putting terror in every heart.”
Justice Robert Jackson, Chief U.S. Prosecutor at the Nuremberg Trials Opening Statement by Justice Robert H. Jackson, Chief of Counsel for the United States
http://www.roberthjackson.org/the-man/nuremberg-trial/

A presidential decree was created suspending the extensive guarantees of individual liberty contained in the constitution of the Weimar Republic.

Those decree’s were restrictions on personal liberty, on the right of free expression of opinion - including freedom of the press, on the right of peaceful assembly, the right of association, and violations of the privacy: postal, telegraphic, and telephonic communications; and no need for warrants for house-searches, orders for, confiscations as well as restrictions on property, etc all taken away under the guise of “keeping the people safe”. Many were arrested as “belligerents” – no real crime committed, just disagreeing with the destruction of their legitimate government.

This suspension of the Weimar Constitution led to secret arrest and indefinite detention; without charges, without evidence, without hearing, without counsel, and no court could issue an injunction, or writ of habeas corpus, or certiorari. The German people were in the hands of the police, the police were in the hands of the Party, and the Party was in the hands of a ring of evil men...

The Party program foreshadowed the campaign of terrorism. It announced, "We demand ruthless war upon those whose activities are injurious to the common interests", and it demanded that such offenses be punished with death.

The concept then was to control the world; the concept now is to make a one-world “government” - see any real difference?

It is an "old plan" with new blood running it.

He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps
to perpetrate it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really
cooperating with it.
We will not stop until our currency is backed by a Gold & Silver standard
as the constitution requires. Our founding fathers added silver to the
mix because it made it more difficult for anyone to control the money
supply; we will not stop until we get our land back. We are pushing for
the people to use the land, restore and become defenders of the Earth.
We will not stand for tyrannical control, worthless currencies, food bans,
laws making gardening illegal, or the New World Order to win.
When will you wake up and realize that they can't take our freedom if
you chose to use it?
You are the solution.
You are the resistance.

The theory is interesting and can get you killed. You don't bring a knife to a gun fight. If you have a Government that wants to transform the Country into a Socialist State and the Country in question allows it's citizens to maintain weapons to protect themselves, all of the ideas that one can conceive to prevent confrontation will not cause it's citizens to forego their right to own weapons and give them up.

It can be tried through taxes, laws, regulations, Executive Orders and other measures, but the Citizens know by giving up their weapons they will be regarded as sheep and led to the slaughter. In the mind of it's Citizens this is all they have between freedom and tyranny and a sure death.

It is my firm belief that for whatever reason, if this coming Presidential Election is suspended, we will surely have an uprising from the people. My guess is the Government is aware of this also and is why laws and Ececutive Orders have been passed and others being prepared. This could be why the Government is preparing for every contingency possible. Are the FEMA Camps real or fiction? The new NDAA that was passed on 12/31/2011 where Citizens can be held and detained indefinitely and not charged along with the Executive Order issued on 03/16/2012 where we are already under Martial Law and the Government are owners of everything and everyone in this Country. Makes one think doesn't it?

So the ideas against violence is out the window and now become ideas of survival. For those of one or two or a handful will simply be squashed, the only hope of survival is a coordinated effort and preparation. There is power in numbers. Only the strong will survive.
May God be with us during this trying time.

There need be no violence, in the 'Revolution'. Non-Violent, Non-Compliance is the key, exactly as Gandhi practiced. And, Dr. Martin Luther King. FULL-SPECTRUM Non-Violent Non-Compliance.

To destroy the problems that were created with violence the most effective weapons are good ideas and nonviolent solutions, not violence and politics…???

NOTE: ….unless you are forced to defend yourself from these evil criminals acting on their corrupt ideas…

I also know that we have very real, evil people in this world, not just their corrupted ideas, which comes from a cold, lifeless soul.

My grandfather once said, “ There is goodness in many people, but anybody that says there is good in everyone, HASN’T MET EVERYONE”

Please, get a little more real - This is the same as a gun sitting on the table, as an abstract weapon - until some criminal picks it up to rob someone else. Same thing…

Getting my mind around this, means: do not hesitate to stop the armed robber baron, by whatever means necessary, because he, in fact, is acting on his evil idea.

Wake up man. Thought, Word, Deed… that’s how it works.

That is not an idea pulling the trigger.

Wake up man. THOUGHT - WORD - DEED …that’s how it works.

Most people believe things that are totally crazy. Until that changes, nothing will get better, and we're probably screwed. Renouncing violence is necessary but not sufficient, and there is a difference between violence and self-defense.
