You know you live in a sick and downward civilization when things like this are even being discussed. But, then now this isn't just discussed, it is being done. The implications for what's going on here are immeasurable. These ideas are a bald-faced formula to destruction of all freedom and splitting humanity into two, one side incarcerated slaves (includes those working in the system for their "pay") and the other, slave masters who arrange for themselves high profits and free labor. Nice.

Ayn Rand said it something like this: "There is no way to rule innocent men. The only power government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one must make them. One declares so many things to be criminal, that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Just pass the types of laws that can be neither observed or enforced, nor objectively interpreted and you can create a nation of law-breakers."
