A major initiative has been placed on Family/Personal Preparedness for all NASA personnel. The NASA/Family Preparedness Program is designed to provide awareness, resources, and tools to the NASA Family (civil servants and contractors) to prepare for an emergency situation. The most important assets in the successful completion of NASA’s mission are our employees’ and their families. We are taking the steps to prepare our workforce, but it is your personal obligation to prepare yourself and your families for emergencies.

This article looks like NASA protecting itself should any of its employees survive the holocaust that is expected in October. After all, NASA should be the first to know of an incoming planet or comet.
I don't believe that what they are talking about is a comet (Elenin). After reading a lot on the internet since 2004, I believe that it is Planet X (also referred to as Nibiru) which is a huge planet whose orbit crosses our solar system every 3600 years. One story that I read was that it caused a drastic pole shift resulting in the great flood during Noah's (Ark) days.
Newsweek had a breaking story in 1983 saying that a new Planet had been discovered. After that, there were no mainstream statements on the subject.
I'm sure that most of you are aware of the small pole shift that has already occurred. An airport in Miami had to re-direct some its runways because of it.

Also, regarding the 3rd video, I have read reports on the internet that Russia is building bunkers to insure the survival of all citizens -- not just the elite and top government officials who cater to them.
