Upon US public critical mass recognition of the “emperor has no clothes” obvious facts that current US wars are not even close to lawful, President Obama will be a leader among an oligarchy of War Criminals that go back several Administrations.

Until such time, Americans have the opportunity for unique heroism, intellectual integrity, and public service to explain, document, and prove that speeches such as Mr. Obama’s are tragic-comic Orwellian lies. The tragedy is the millions killed directly by unlawful war lies and indirectly by lies that allow a million children’s deaths every month from preventable poverty, the billions made to live in misery, and the trillions of our dollars looted.

The comedy is dark, and coming: Americans will achieve critical mass to punch-through the paper-thin propaganda, such as the 9 lies Mr. Obama told in just 3 sentences:

“We are a nation that brings our enemies to justice while adhering to the rule of law, and respecting the rights of all our citizens. We protect our own freedom and prosperity by extending it to others. We stand not for empire, but for self-determination.”

Orwellian lies 1, 2, 3: “We are a nation that brings our enemies to justice while adhering to the rule of law”:

Mr. Obama has an Oath of Office to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution” that guarantees “persons” rights to trial, but never ever ever to proclaim guilt or enemy status without full exercise of those rights. American justice demands respect to Constitutional rights; the very definition of the American nation is the US Constitution. The rule of law forbids extrajudicial assassination, such as the alleged assassination of Osama bin Laden (see this, this, this, and this). The rule of law forbids wars of choice, Wars of Aggression; again, the US wars are not even close to lawful.

Therefore Mr. Obama’s first three lies are to dictate “enemy” guilt rather than respect Constitutional rights (or even unalienable rights), to lie about unlawful wars and extrajudicial assassinations as “justice,” and then lie that these US crimes are “the rule of law.”

Orwellian lies 4, 5: “…and respecting the rights of all our citizens. We protect our own freedom…”:

The US declares US citizens “enemies/terrorists,” and then tortures and/or orders their assassinations (and this). These two points could be a book (if you want more, I suggest this, this, and this).

Orwellian lies 6, 7: “…(our) prosperity by extending it to others.”

If you want a trillions-of-dollars education on how easily our parasitic, debt-damned, and bankster/parasitic economy could be prosperous, read this. To understand best-selling author and Chief Economist John Perkins’ explanation of how US policy takes others’ prosperity, read this.

Orwellian lies 8, 9: “We stand not for empire, but for self-determination.”

The above documentation proves that current US wars are for empire, not self-determination, and not close to lawful use of force. I wrote an analogy for Americans to help understand what our wars look like to the world. And look here to review the real US history.

So what do we do when US “leadership” are Constitution-destroying mass-murdering liars?

We do what our Founders demanded to prevent our slavery to tyrants: We revolt.

The revolution I advocate is literal: a “turn-around” from the lawless government we have today in Wars of Aggression and related vicious policies, as well as criminal economic fraud that loots in the trillions of dollars from Americans every year.

I advocate for Americans to demand rule under the US Constitution, and especially so for those with Oaths of Enlistment and Office to protect and defend the US Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.  I advocate for Truth and Reconciliation as a policy response to the criminals in “leadership” of both political parties, our economy, and corporate media that are criminally complicit to cover-up those crimes both before and after the facts.  If you cannot stand for the rule of law, you’ll have tyrants and deserve them.

The right of a nation to kill a tyrant, in cases of necessity, can no more be doubted, than to hang a robber, or kill a flea. But killing one tyrant only makes way for worse, unless the people have sense, spirit and honesty enough to establish and support a constitution guarded at all points against the tyranny of the one, the few, and the many. Let it be the study, therefore, of lawgivers and philosophers, to enlighten the people’s understandings and improve their morals, by good and general education; to enable them to comprehend the scheme of government, and to know upon what points their liberties depend; to dissipate those vulgar prejudices and popular superstitions that oppose themselves to good government; and to teach them that obedience to the laws is as indispensable in them as in lords and kings. – John Adams, A Defence of the Constitutions of Government (1787), Ch. 18.

A mere demarcation on parchment of the constitutional limits (of government) is not a sufficient guard against those encroachments which lead to a tyrannical concentration of all the powers of government in the same hands. – James Madison, Federalist Paper #48, 1788.

A principal project of his 30-years’ experience working with US “leadership” in government, economics and corporate media was to grow the citizen’s lobby, RESULTS, that led to two UN Summits (1990 World Summit for Children  – the largest meeting of heads of state in world history – and the 1997 Microcredit Summit – topic of the 2006 Nobel Peace Prize). Because US political leadership of both parties reneged on each and every public and private promise to end poverty, and US corporate media behaved as their political propagandists, Carl shifted his hobby to “follow the money.” His conclusions are explained and documented in these two articles (academic/professional voice, and more passionate citizen voice):

Open proposal for US revolution: end unlawful wars, parasitic economics
Common Sense for new American Revolution: revolt from US government by dicts
