Rather than judicially review significant evidence in the events of September 11, 2001, on April 27, the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a lower court’s dismissal of an Army Specialist’s complaint against former Vice President Dick Cheney, former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, and former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Richard Myers.
One of Plaintiff April Gallop’s attorneys, William Veale, didn’t know whether to relate the decision to “Kafka, Orwell, Carroll, or Huxley,” referring to the absurdity and dearth of reason emanating from the court regarding the deadliest attack on U.S. soil the nation has ever faced.
“The Court’s decision, analogous to reviewing an Indictment in a liquor store hold-up without mentioning the guy walking in with a gun, refuses to acknowledge even the existence of the three defendants much less what they were doing that morning or saying about it afterwards,” Veale added.
Of the three judges on the panel, John Mercer Walker, Jr. is first cousin of former President George H.W. Bush and first cousin once removed of George W. Bush, who used 9/11 to manipulate public emotion to support passage of the unconstitutional PATRIOT Acts and waging illegal wars of aggression in the Middle East. According to Wikipedia, Walker shares a grandfather with the 41st president, George Herbert Walker, whose daughter married Prescott Bush. A motion to force Judge Walker’s removal from the case was denied, despite a clear conflict of interest.
The lawsuit, prepared by the Center for 9/11 Justice, accuses the defendants of conspiring to facilitate the terrorist attacks of 9/11 that killed 3000 Americans and which has resulted in the deaths of many more, due to the toxicity of the clean-up conditions at Ground Zero. The plaintiff and her son were both injured in the attack on the Pentagon, multiple videos of which the government has refused to release to the public.
Ignoring crucial evidence like the total collapse of WTC7 though not hit by a plane on September 11, the whereabouts of and statements made by the Defendants on 9/11, and the presence of thermitic material in the rubble of the Twin Towers, the court ludicrously affirmed the lower court’s finding that the case was “not plausible” and “the product of cynical delusion and fantasy.”
Additionally, the court filed an Order to Show Cause for Sanctions amounting to $15,000 for filing a “frivolous” suit, which the Center for 9/11 Justice plans to appeal.
Meanwhile, nearly 1,500 professional architects, engineers and scientists continue to assert the physical impossibility of all three World Trade Center buildings collapsing in near free fall as a result of burning jet fuel. Indeed, it is the government’s conspiracy version which is implausible, “fanciful, fantastic and delusional.”
The bravery of April Gallop in her attempt to expose the truth is as laudable as the obvious official corruption is contemptible. An unbiased judicial review of the events surrounding 9/11 will not be found in the United States. But refusal to do so only heightens global suspicion. The conspiracy and cover-up was so poorly executed that the vast majority of the planet’s population doubts the official version of events.

Those criminals won't be brought to justice through courts. Too much Skulls and Bones and the like in there...
the only thing these basterds understand is violence, when are the people of this country going to stand up??? as of this day the basterds believe they have won, and if the revolution does not start they have!
People should just drop all things 9/11. The whole gov't story is obvious bullshit from top to bottom, but sadly the populace doesn't care for Justice or Truth, and the people in power and money have their way with American sheep. "We the People" have no say whatsoever and it's futile to even try to buck or question the system. The Zionist Power Structure is firmly entrenched and woe to those who cross it...in fact, those in power got there by coddling that system.

In the early 60's I was imprisoned in San Quentin State Prison for life without parole on a trumped-up charge of murder-kidnap. I was innocent. It took me just upwards of 20 years to battle my way to freedom. Basically, I had to cause the entire California Penal Code to be rewritten in order to walk away. It was an impossible task that I still marvel at having pulled off.
Prison is a microcosm of the societal macrocosmm, where all things are concentrated and close at hand and everything there is in life eventually parades before one. It was my golden opportunity to learn that there is basically no difference between convicts and government authorities except for degree of ruthlessness. Convicted felons and authorities think the same way and behave the same way. The "degree of difference," which makes the only difference, is that convicted felons are not nearly as ruthless as government authorities.
There is a lesson here: if one wants to be a successful criminal and avoid jail, then one should embrace the state early in one's criminal career, because state officials ruthlessly protect one another's criminality while stupid criminal citizens, that go it alone, can't begin to muster a fraction of the necessary ruthlessness to avoid capture. The most successful criminal of all is the judge, of course. I'm so happy that so many people are learning what I have known for so long. If enough people learn, who can say what sweeping changes may be wrought?
Dear Ms. Gallop, Chin up. As soon as people unplug from their CFR programmed TV sets, they can educate themselves and regain the presence of mind necessary for self-governance. It WILL be up to the individual whether to submit to the infiltrators who now run and corrupt the government, The judicial system is corrupted badly enough that justice will not be served often. Georgetown and Foggy Bottom is a pool of maggots not bothering to wait until the government is dead. And maggots favor dead flesh. Like the Constitution says, When in the course of human events...Appeal your case. Something good might happen. You will always be welcome in my neighborhood (808-443-3457).
I see a lot of "when will the people stand up" stuff on the internet. The answer is never. When the regular person observes what goes on, like the 9/11/01 thing or the Obama birth cert. fiasco and so forth, they see the corrupt judges heading off any real progress in getting to the heart of the matters. If you think that any real uprising could happen, you're living in a fantasy world. I'm not a defeatist, I'm a realist. They have it covered, everything. They have won and they know it. They hardly even try to cover their lies any more. Look at how the banksters have ruined the whole system with total impunity. Game over, time to lock and load because that is the only avenue possible. Nobody will unite because of diversion tactics like the obvious fake birth cert. They know that logical thinking goes out the window when defending the usurper because he's "black". He's about as african american as the queen of england. Good luck , good aim.

To Adam Evenson, you are absolutely spot on; our current leaders belong in top security prison mental hospitals for natural life as prime examples of the criminally insane, examples of everything that people should avoid emulating.
