As the mainstream media attempts to downplay the latest die-off event, which has now gone global, it is worthwhile to keep track of the story lines. Feel free to add your own to the comments section, and we will update accordingly.
Mainstream Explanations: Lightning, hail, mid-air collision, power lines, and New Year fireworks for the birds . . . but disease for the fish. This is even rolling eyes in the mainstream media. Birds are incredibly sensitive to their environment (think Canary in the coal mine), and the thought that they were caught by surprise, or that they "fowled" up their flight pattern is patently ridiculous. And where are the roasted birds from this lightning strike? And what about fish dying in the same region? Just a "disease" coincidence. One mainstream headline has to be enshrined as the saddest attempt at sensationalism, while revealing an obvious natural conclusion Falling Birds Likely Died From Massive Trauma. Really?
Meteor showers: We are in a period of intense seasonal meteor showers, and several perennial YouTubers reported hearing sonic booms in the area that could have indicated a local shock wave. This would be one non-conspiratorial, natural cause that actually makes sense, but it is hard to connect to both birds and fish, unless it produced a disabling frequency. There were indeed other sound anomalies according to the report highlighted above.
New Madrid Fault Line: An excellent article by The American Dream collated data about the recent earthquake activity along this fault line that runs along the mid-eastern section of the U.S. Combined with gas fracking, the immense geological activity in the region, and the BP oil drilling disaster, which off-gassed the dispersant, Corexit, into the atmosphere, and we should be wondering about any mass deaths in the region. Nevertheless, this has turned into a global event, so the above could be a side effect of something larger, or a direct contributing factor.
Government testing: The long history of government testing has been exposed by many researchers. The strange component to this die-off is that only certain species have been affected, but within the entire region. And some reports have indicated that the organs of these birds were liquefied, which could indicate a possible virus. Could this implicate species-specific bio-weapons? It is on record that discussions have taken place about race-specific bio-weapons; perhaps this is a test of delivery capability?
Geoengineering: Could spraying in the area have caused this type of fallout? Perhaps something new added to the mixture? Chemtrails have quickly moved from conspiracy theory to documented fact
. So much so, that the powers-that-be have had to admit to the program, but a beneficial one in their view. Between cloud seeding and possible connections to HAARP, chemtrail fallout must be considered, especially as it is being conducted nearly worldwide. Rosalind Peterson has been at the forefront of connecting geoengineering to GMOs as a combined source for oxygen-depleting algae blooms that very well could affect a wide spectrum of natural systems. Furthermore, some believe that the delivery system for chemtrails can also disperse pathogens. If there is a flu or disease outbreak in the coming days or weeks among the human population in areas where the birds have fallen, the chemtrail connection could be made. If this happens, the contagion could be blamed on a new, deadly bird flu. A last possibility connected to chemtrails would be nanoparticles.HAARP: Birds and fish can be susceptible to subtle frequency alteration. An interesting YouTube post from a long-time fisherman mentioned the "pearl" plate behind the eye of the affected type of drum fish in this event. He made a plea for anyone in the area to look for signs of damage to this plate. Both birds and fish navigate in highly coordinated ways that indicate that they move and communicate via frequencies. Could the HAARP array in Alaska have short-circuited their navigation systems? Or, perhaps this is the beginning of a cascading effect from decades of electromagnetic pollution emanating from EMF and ELF waves shot around the planet via a wide range of modern communications.
Scalar Weapons: These directed energy beam weapons can be deployed via satellite and create a wide range of "natural disasters" that can be tuned to certain frequencies. Their radius is reported to be several miles. Even crazier is that we have been told that the dead birds encountered massive trauma. One of the reported abilities of scalar weapons is to create a Tesla shield of plasma, like a bubble, that could explode anything that enters its airspace. Some have speculated that this technology is in full operation. But what if it truly is still at the testing phase? Remember, this is happening in South America, too.
Project Blue Beam: Were they testing a sound generator for the global theater of alien invasion? This one is "out there" for sure, but NASA itself has announced its preparation for such a scenario. Project Blue Beam, like its counterpart HAARP, uses the natural energy present in the ionosphere as both a visual and acoustical device. Again, perhaps they are not at the ready stage yet, but, like Tesla, have made an unintentional misstep.
Geomagnetic and other Earth changes: As anyone can see from the above range of possibilities, we are facing an array of human tampering. However, the backdrop to this are the anomalies beginning to take form with the apparent wandering of our magnetic pole, as even National Geographic reported that the north magnetic pole is racing toward Russia. Add to this a dwindling magnetosphere and falling oxygen levels, and the deaths among more delicate species might portend a larger problem. Finally, an increase in sun activity and magnetic storms might be weakening our overall natural habitat.
The widespread die-off of nature should lead us to look more intently at the world around us, and to question our relationship to it, and our effect upon it. Perhaps this is what we should have been doing all along.

Just to update you all on this bird issue is it was not isolated in AK........the areas seems to be specific with its targeting. One square mile......specific birds and fish !!!
Christmas morning in Nashville came with a gentle white covering of snow all day.......then on clearance store day it was like a warm spring breeze in the 60's all day and through evening........two days later I woke to hear a loud chirping and leaves rustling outside to see literally THOUSANDS of unknown birds. red wings and also squirrels running about frantically as if gathering food for a crisis coming.
The trees, the sky everywhere we saw birds.........and oddly enough so many in the area of the house I am staying in they seemed to be communicating to one another and their flying seemed confused and irrational........by afternoon they were all gone ALL BIRDS GONE..............A silence come over the area until Dec 31st 11:35pm before new years which of course fireworks began but also light in the sky and booms.........by midnight the rain came, the thunder and lightening and by morning the news of the death of the birds but also fish.
Reports began to go through the Internet on Indiana, N Carolina and Louisiana of more instant deaths AFTER NEW YEARS DAY.
I do not find this anything common I believe it is a test again of Haarp and electromagnetic tech...............I also had a personal experience as I have before of feeling a sudden pain in my ear and long deep humming which made me sick enough to go to bed feeling like I was not going to make it through the night................many TI's have this issue.

According to Zetatalk this is considered a 7 of 10 indicator for the pole shift. Planet X is getting closer and we are going to see more of this die off. They just reported that birds and eagles just fell from the sky in China. The reason for the fish kills is probably part of the depopulation plan being implemented. I am hyper sensitive to low band emf radiation. I develpoed it in college while experimenting with high voltages. As a result, I can feel symptoms anytime radiation is present. The symptoms are paranoia, depression, fear, stomach sickness, nervousness amoung others. Two nights ago here in lousianna, at around 10 pm, all these symptoms came rushing at me, and I heard banging on the roof of my house. I went to bed and the next morning I felt a little better but not much, I went outside to find 3 dead birds on my lawn and 2 on my roof. What ever this is it is electo-magnetic. So its either a earth quake coming, a change in the magnetic field of the earth or the earth is passing through a magnetic storm.

I think that the current fish and bird die off is due to the Corexit 9500 that's still being sprayed in the Gulf of Mexico. The safe exposure limits in E.P.A. evaluations are so minute, it's safe to say that any exposure is deadly. The toxin is being carried up the east coast of America via the Gulf Stream, and evaporation of the Corexit into the rain cycle has carried the toxin vastly through the Southeastern U.S. as is evident in damaged crops and small animal deaths in many states north of the gulf. It's no mystery, it's just the gift of B.P. and the lack of action by the E.P.A.

My take is that it is Scalar/Microwave concentrations purposely created to test perameters and such so they can put the right frequencys for humans into focus and boil us with the push of a button. They have hardware to do this stuff people. An EMP could take out entire major power grids crippling a country whose very life depends on the flow of electricity. I know little enough on the technology but I suppose they can triangulate a standing wave and get a pretty hot focus. If they are tapping zero point energy to power up their grids they can probably channel incredible magnitudes of energy into a cubic mile say, The Galactic Federation of Light will take care of the satelights involved in destroyer activities and here on the ground the white hats must act and soon. As for the much advertised avian depopulation, maybe the airborne flocks are running afoul of exposure to ET's cloaking technology while hovering unusually low and well within migratory patterns.
As for the fish kills, recent climate changes and/or the melting of polar ice introducing unusually higher levels of fresh water into the oceans, or the oil industry's recent debacle in the Gulf of Mexico, might be the culprit.

I live in Windsor England UK, the bird activity here in the last two days has gone frantic, birds I have never seen before are swarming in the trees opposite my house, dozens of great tits are attacking a peanut feeder they have not used before, as are finches. I have lived here eight years and never seen the numbers showing up that have shown up now. Its been cloudy with chemtrails for days, its foggy misty and generally horrid air to breath.

I don't believe it was any kind of poisoning because poison is not going to be species specific. I believe it's HAARP. FEMA already has plans for a major disaster on the New Madrid fault. The NLE is planned for May 2011. If you go from a recent bird kill in Gilbertsville, KY, to Beebe, AR., to another fish kill in LaBarre, LA. it makes and exact 120 degree angel. They tune the harp at 120 degrees. Also keep in mind there were killer tornadoes that same day in AR & MO. Coincidence? I think not.

New Year's Eve my adult son went outside around 2AM here in NE Ohio. It started to snow lightly. He said his face felt like it was hit by a blowtorch and his eyes stung like crazy when the light wind hit him smack in the face. It's the Corexit coming down with the snow and rain. There are still some birds left here in Ohio but not many compared to other winters. My "pet" raccoons and possums have hibernated for the winter. Haven't seen them since beginning of Dec. They kept gorging themselves on whatever food I left out for them on my porch at night getting plumper and plumper. I guess they knew it was going to be a harsh, hard, long winter ahead this year.

To the poster who said that we're only "paying more attention" to bird-fish die-offs, and what's being reported recently happens all the time, then we should expect to see large scale die-offs like this happening week, after week, after week. That's not the case. Isolated incidents are one thing, a global "rash" of die-offs is cause for alarm. This definitely isn't "normal."

After reading many postings about the birds and fish issue, I can say that people always adopt an opinion that makes them feel good. Also the eduacational level of the person plays a great roll.
What I am trying to say is that people are coming out with irrational explanations and even making stupid remarks about this serious situation.
I dont think there is much that can be done to correct this problem since it is the result of our irresponsable way of dealing with nature.

If it were not for the fact that these things started happening on exactly the New Year, for people awoke New Year's morning to this phenomenon, I would accept any explanation that did not imply something intentional. Now I am left to believe some agency or person intended this to happen.

The three towns where the birds died are in 120 degree triangulation of one another and surround the most active region in the New Madrid Fault zone. Keep in mind that HAARP calibrates its antennas using a 120 degree radiating angle. Perhaps they are messing with the Fault VIA HAARP?
A few years ago there was a newspaper report in a Canadian town of a large number of crows falling out of the sky and dropping dead. West Nile virus was immediately suspected and the birds were taken away to be tested. Months later after hearing no word of the outcome, I contacted the park official in charge of the investigation. He stated that West Nile was definitely ruled out and the cause of death was most likely poisoning. There have been studies in the past as well indicating the sudden death of large numbers of birds are more common near areas of heavy industry. Though poisoning may not be the factor in these latest bird kills, it certainly seems more plausible than some of the authority's harebrained theories.

I live in arkansas, about 100 miles from beebe where on new years eve all the birds fell from the sky. About 11 p.m. or so I became sick to my stomach, bad headache, and had to go to bed I felt so bad. The samething happened to my son who lives in a different town even closer to beebe. I have to point out how people calling this "normal" are either complete fools or are working toward someones agenda. It's been confirmed that this is happening all over the world - USA, Canada, Chile, Sweden and other parts of Europe, Australia - you can research all of these. It's been confirmed that it is not poison or disease. The birds insides are being ripped apart or liquefied in many of the cases - confirmed. It appears electromagnetic or microwave to me..each species resonates at a specific frequency. I heard of a story quite a few years back where an entire large scale chicken farm was mysteriously decimated instantly. The investigators concluded that new nearby facility of some sort was doing something that created an electromagnetic frequency that resonated inside the chickens and killed them all. Birds seem to be more sensitive to these things. Likely either HAARP type technology or another, possibly even natural, type of disturbance could have a similar effect. Completely plausible.
I live in England and after hearing the reports on the birds and fish HAARP instantly came to mind. To the point though, on the 3/11/2011 I was reading the uk newspaper "the sun" amongst the bullshiit I spotted an article reporting that up to 40,000 crabs had washed up on the coastline of Margate , Kent. Question is would it take up to 3 days for the crabs to wash up on shore? If so this would put the mass die out back to new years eve, same as the US. I live on the Coromandel Peninsular of New Zealand. The snapper deaths here, were on the other side of the peninsular, and further north from where I live, however Wednesday the 5th of January, as the moon was new, should have been 1 of the best days fishing of the month. Instead we spent 4 hours getting no bites at all. Snapper were our target species. It was not until we came home and checked the internet that we found out about the dead fish in our region. The fish deaths are due to under water volcanic activity, Lava breaks through the earths crust and kills the fish due to the extreme temperature changes. The fish then die off by the thousands and their rotting bodies float to the surface. The fish slowly decay and then get eaten by the birds. The birds then get sick and die. Simple. There is also a lot of underwater volcanic activity in the north and south poles that are melting our polar icecaps. Scientists just aren’t smart enough to pick up on this natural explanation.

There's been dead pigeons in Quebec too, in St-Augustin-de-Desmaures, near Quebec city... It's just strange... something global is going on all around the world and I noticed that most cases are relatively near from oceans or from rivers connected to it... Not many cases were reported in the middle of continents... It's also weird that it's always the same species of birds that dies... Maybe because it's related to a common habit? Could it be related with some kind of parasite that lives in water and is eaten by the birds?

I would like to posit a theory about the fish dying in the Chesapeake Bay. You see there are a few power plants along the bay that discharge warm water as a bi-product which in turn heats the water in a large area. These plants typically run all year non stop creating a shallow water safe haven for fish throughout the winter. Now if for any reason a plant had to shut down for a few days, the water would get very cold quickly killing all the fish within the warm water area.
Definitely Not fireworks, they go on year after year and nothings ever happened but the weirdest part is that millions of fish are dead in an instance too. The birds are dying while in the air all at once so it can't be poisoning. One has to think what can effect Air and water creatures at the same time. All I can think of that makes sense is a foccused massive sonic wave that travelled through the air then penetrated through the water also killing the fish. I have seen military experiments of huge speaker type contraptions that are able to focus a sound beam like a flashlight and have men so shocked in pain that they cannot hold their weapons and fall to the ground in discomfort yet a few feet left or right and no others are affected or sense the beam. The experiment I saw was for a system that worked up to about half a kilometer away but I'm sure by now technology has greatly increased the distance and maybe a satelite was used as the base to let the beam go. An interesting fact is that many people (some in Russia) said they heard "sonic booms" before the fireworks started to go off. Just a thought...

i guess its caused by a new radar system. So called stealth radars; they dont work on a single frequencies but use random frequencies and so they are stealth as only they new the (rapid) changing frequencies every pulse is on this random frequency and as they know onwhich frequency only they can recognize the returning signal; the target will see it as random noice . It seems that everybody is trying to explain why these things are happening so they can focus on who the "bad" people are; I guess for the purpose of sending someone else in to fix or stop them. But that is clearly out of most of our control. What if prophecy is not a prediction, but a vision of the things that will occur if we continue feeling powerless and not individually changing the way we do things? If we don't see this as a warning then there is no need to try to change our own lives and this ride that we're on appears to have an ending.

This would be one non-conspiratorial, natural cause that actually makes sense, but it is hard to connect to both birds and fish, unless it produced a disabling frequency.
If this happens, the contagion could be blamed on a new, deadly bird flu. A last possibility connected to chemtrails would be nanoparticles.

Hey, this message goes out to galvanized trash can, I an not agree with you more, you are soooo right when you say that people are going cazy everywhere!!!! I totally notice this at work, how nasty and strange people act, one minute they seem nice, then all of a sudden they hate me for no apparent reason and I have done nothing to them other then be nice, and respectful. Its like all of them are bipolar, with boarderline personality dissorder!!!
