It was reported today that New Jersey's Governor Christie is proposing privatization of many public services. This is the precise playbook of "Economic Hitmen" aka Banks. First, they loan ridiculous amounts of money to the public sector, knowing full well these loans can never be repaid and when state bankruptcy looms, the public infrastructure is auctioned to pirates of industry for pennies on the dollar.
According to the article on NorthJersey.com, Christie plans to privatize motor vehicle inspections and other public services:
New Jersey would close its centralized car inspection lanes and motorists would pay for their own emissions tests under a sweeping set of recommendations set to be released by the Christie administration today.
State parks, psychiatric hospitals and even turnpike toll booths could also be run by private operators, according to the 57-page report on privatization obtained by The Star-Ledger. Preschool classrooms would no longer be built at public expense, state employees would pay for parking and private vendors would dish out food, deliver health care and run education programs behind prison walls.Get ready, as more cash-strapped states will surely follow suit and the fascist takeover of all public services at rock-bottom prices will commence. Wouldn't it be terrific to see Chinese companies buying up California's infrastructure? Welcome to the new world order.

While on the surface this might seem like a return to pure capitalistic intent, tax payers are taking a significant hit. Were taxpayers to receive a rebate as part of the privatization and significant leeway for competition allowed, it would work.
The majority of these services listed would allow complete monopolies, and return monopolistic actions/prices by the firms. There is no room for competition for "Motor Vehicle Inspections" or toll booths. These are by and large closed-loop systems, and would be purchased by a single large corporation or conglomerate.
The scariest notion is the ability for foreign multi-national corps. coming in and purchasing the infrastructure. Currently, the Chinese have a large capital surplus in which they are looking to invest.
Already, foreign nations are invested in huge swaths of real estate ACROSS the U.S. If given the opportunity, a large quazi-superpower such as China wouldn't balk to more or less purchase a State.
Contracting for services for a limited duration (never more than an year) is entirely different from selling or exchanging assets or 99-year leases. No loans or banks are involved. Would you rather be forever extorted by public employee unions?
This has been the plan since before 1993.

Essential services must be maintained they say....Day Care,Drug Rehab,and Community colleges that teach the dumbed down students the broken system.

From personal experience in 1988 my corporation sent one of our manager to one of the EST courses.
The manager came back and all he wanted to do was work.He wouldn't leave the facility,bathe,shave etc.which he in turn affected the employees to be like little Stepford wives.
He eventually had to be removed from the facility,and replaced.
The politicians go to governor school,at least when Rod Blagoevich Il was installed as governor,the news said as soon as he was done with "Governor School" said the media he would be starting his term.
I looked for "Governor School"but couldn't find it. (possibly under another name,it was a flash in the pan mention on the radio back then).But in the EU they use Landmark

Local politicians left or right are zombies that say anything.
The ones who hire the financial hitmen are well aware that people will be unhappy about what they are doing.
They buy political puppets who squeak really good noises till they get in.
ie: "Bush" was so horrible the Obama guy sounded pretty good.
Anything but Bush people said,and out of desperation many were fooled by the squeaking noises of the Obama guy.
Politicians are not in charge of anything.
They are just bitch boys.
